Hi, I’m Dorian. Currently a PhD student at the Institute for Leadership and Sustainability, University of Cumbria. This is my blog on learning as related to social change.
I am trying to figure out how online networks may foster and enable radical collective change through learning. Basically:
- How can social networks, whether or not mediated by electronic means, work as instruments of learning — i.e., learning networks?
- How are online social networks relevant to collective mobilisation in social movements?
- And can networks of learning become networks fostering social movements? If so, what are the modalities that condition the articulation of knowledge and action in an online social network?
(Please refer to this post for more details.)
About the title of my blog: please refer to this Wikipedia page for some explanations!
I also have another blog more specifically about how to change the world, and all that kind of stuff.
